About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their skills, experience, and career expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, documentation, and joining.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining daily hiring trackers.
• Support the team in offer rollout, pre-onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Perform other HR and Talent Acquisition activities as assigned.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements.
• Proactive attitude with strong follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition / HR.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM/BBA/B.Com/any graduate degree, preferably with an HR specialization.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
