What you will do :

• Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases to build a qualified talent pipeline.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination.
• Create engaging employer branding content for social media and career platforms to strengthen company visibility.
• Support employer branding initiatives and events, including career fairs, campus visits, and webinars.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment documentation, while tracking recruitment metrics to support hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

We are looking for you, who:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proficient in content creation and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar platforms.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Creative mindset with an interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and content creation.
