Talent Acquisition Intern

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Talent Acquisition specialist to support  Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & Event Management, Employer Branding, and HR Operations initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions and contribute to creating a positive employee and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Employee Engagement & Event Management

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, town halls, and cultural events.
• Coordinate event logistics, vendor management, communications, and participation tracking.
• Support employee wellness, recognition, and culture-building programs.
• Gather employee feedback and prepare post-event reports and insights.
• Drive participation and engagement across organizational activities.

Employer Branding

• Support the creation of content for social media, career pages, and internal communication platforms.
• Assist in executing employer branding campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate with employees and stakeholders to develop success stories, testimonials, and engagement content.
• Support campus engagement and branding activities.

HR Operations

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy and support day-to-day HR administrative activities.
