Experience: Fresher / 01 Year
Qualification: MBA/PGDM/BBA/BCom/Any Graduate with an interest in HR
Employment Type: Full-Time Internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Build networking channel.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
• Support the HR team with daily recruitment activities.

Skills Were Looking For

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR
