Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA (HR preferred) candidate to join our Talent Acquisition team as a TA Intern. Candidates with prior internship experience in Talent Acquisition/HR will be preferred.

What you’ll learn & work on:

• End-to-end recruitment and corporate hiring processes
• Candidate sourcing, screening and engagement
• Interview coordination and follow-ups
• Working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders
• Recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring analytics
• Understanding of candidate lifecycle and recruitment operations
• Hands-on exposure to a fast-paced corporate Talent Acquisition function
