Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team across the end-to-end hiring process. This role provides hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, campus recruitment, recruitment operations, and candidate database management.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable communicating with candidates and stakeholders, and keen to build a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end recruitment activities across different roles and functions.
• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, campus channels, and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate screening to assess basic suitability, experience, interest, availability, and role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, Hiring Managers, and interview panel members.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database, recruitment trackers, and ATS to ensure accurate candidate information and hiring status.
• Support campus recruitment activities, including coordination with colleges and placement cells, scheduling recruitment drives, managing candidate data, and facilitating interview processes.
• Assist in posting job openings across relevant job portals and recruitment channels.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely communication regarding interview schedules and next steps.
• Support recruitment documentation and preparation of hiring-related reports and MIS.
• Assist with candidate engagement and help ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of recruitment activities.
• Support other Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects as required.

Qualifications

• MBA, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relate
