About the Role:
SpotNxt is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team with candidate sourcing and job postings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job and internship openings on recruitment platforms.
• Search and source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Screen applications based on basic requirements.
• Maintain candidate lists and recruitment trackers.
• Contact and follow up with potential candidates.
• Share shortlisted candidates with the HR team.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and comfortable using online recruitment platforms.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn/Indeed is a plus.
• Students and freshers are welcome.
