Talent Acquisition Intern

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment activities across assigned technology and
• business requirements.
• Assist with candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, and other
• channels.
• Review and shortlist profiles against defined job requirements under the guidance of the recruitment team.
• Coordinate interview schedules, candidate follow-ups, and recruitment-related communication.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, reports, and hiring data accurately.
• Support recruitment drives, interview days, employer branding, talent engagement, and other TA initiatives.
• Conduct basic market and talent-pool research as required.
• Learn and follow recruitment processes, SLAs, documentation standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Proactively seek feedback and demonstrate continuous learning throughout the internship.

Job Requirements :

• MBA / PGDM with HR specialization is mandatory; candidates currently pursuing an MBA with HR specialization may be considered.
• Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good learning agility, attention to detail, and willingness to take ownership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and professional communication.
• Prior internship, project, or academic exposure to recruitment/HR will be an added advantage.
