Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment for Hong Kong and overseas markets, assist with end-to-end hiring processes including job requirement alignment, recruitment channel management, CV sourcing and screening, and interview scheduling.
• Provide recruitment project support, assist in optimizing interview processes, improving candidate experience, and driving the implementation of recruitment-related initiatives.
• Recruitment operations and data analysis — conduct recruitment data tracking and analysis, diagnose recruitment challenges, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Cross-functional collaboration — work closely with business teams and the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment operations.

Requirements

• Passionate about the internet industry and recruitment; prior internship experience in recruitment at a major internet company is a plus.
• Able to use English as a working language; excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international team environment.
• Proficient in office software with solid data analysis skills; able to leverage data to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Highly responsible with a strong sense of ownership; structured and results-oriented thinking to drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
• Currently enrolled in a Hong Kong university; available 4–5 days per week ; minimum 3-month internship commitment required. Long-term internship preferred (6 months or above) .
