Talent Acquisition Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipeline
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update applicant records
• Assist in onboarding and documentation

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for recruitment, HR, and people operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic tech tools
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Students pursuing BBA/MBA in HR or recent graduates preferred
