Talent Acquisition Intern

3 - 6 Months Paid Internship - WFO @Jakarta Pusat

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and posting job vacancies across various job platforms and online media.
• Identify potential candidates from various sources, review resumes and application documents, and conduct initial screening.
• Assist in maintaining the candidate database and updating recruitment process statuses.
• Assist in organizing and administering online and offline selection tests.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and the HR team, and participate in interview sessions when required.
• Assist with recruitment processes and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or final-year student majoring in Psychology.
• Possess a basic understanding of recruitment and employee selection processes.
• Have a basic understanding of psychological assessment tools and psychometric test administration.
• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
