Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment for various job openings.
• Support the HR team in achieving hiring targets.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in Human Resources and recruitment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and students interested in HR can apply.
• Graduates or candidates pursuing graduation are welcome.
• Prior recruitment knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
