Talent Acquisition Intern

1. Responsible for recruitment process; screening on Job Portal.
2. Schedule candidate interviews and provide feedback as needed.
3. Coordinate daily with the Talent Acquisition Team and internal stakeholders.
4. Assist the Talent Acquisition Team as needed and carry out other tasks or projects that may be assigned from time to time.
5. Perform administrative support tasks such as filing documents and inputting employee data.

Requirements:

1. Fresh graduate or final year student, majoring in Psychology, or Management.
2. Experience as a talent acquisition intern or recruitment intern is a plus.
3. Good communication skill, proactive, fast learner.
4. Eager to learn new things.
5. Committed to participating in a 3-months internship program.
6. Willing to be placed at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta.
