About the Role

Storeys Real Estate is looking for a motivated, proactive, and career-driven HR Intern – Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team in Dubai.

This internship is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or individuals looking to start their careers in Human Resources and recruitment. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment campaigns, and the complete talent acquisition process within a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Review CVs and screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Contact candidates and conduct initial screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records.
• Assist with job postings and recruitment campaigns.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with daily recruitment activities.
• Assist in managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Students, fresh graduates, or individuals interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with candidates.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Previous HR or recruitment experience is an advantage but not required.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Dubai South.
• Must be available to work six days per week.
