Talent Acquisition Intern

You will work closely with the HR team across the recruitment process and our internal engagement activities:

• Support posting job openings on recruitment channels (job boards, social media, community groups, etc.) and track posting performance.

• Screen CVs against position requirements and build a shortlist of suitable candidates.

• Contact candidates by phone, email, and messaging to confirm interest and schedule interviews.

• Prepare materials and meeting rooms, and help coordinate interview sessions.

• Update and maintain candidate data in the tracking system or spreadsheets.

• Support the organization of internal company activities (team building, events, new-hire welcomes, culture and engagement programs).

• Handle other HR support tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Final-year university student or recent graduate.

• Available full-time, or at least 4 days per week, and able to commit to an internship of at least 4 months.

English communication skills are required.

• Friendly, outgoing, and energetic, with the ability to bring good vibes to events and team activities.

• Honest, responsible, and eager to learn.

• Clear career orientation toward Human Resources.
