Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various technical and non-technical roles. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and scheduling activities.
• Support recruitment reporting and hiring metrics.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job portals is an added advantage.

Qualification

• MBA/PGDM (HR) or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Freshers or students in the final year are welcome to apply.
