Opportunity: PPO (Full-Time Role) based on performance

Compensation:
* Internship Stipend: 20,000/month

Role Overview:
* End-to-end recruitment lifecycle
* Understanding and analyzing job requirements
* Candidate sourcing, screening & shortlisting
* Interview coordination & stakeholder management
* Salary negotiation and onboarding
