Talent Acquisition Internship

Pop Meals is one of the fastest-growing food brand startups in Southeast Asia. Our mission is to make quality food accessible for everyone. We use data, automation and technology to redefine the traditional cost structure and to build the future of QSR. Having grown to 90 outlets within just a few years, our ambition is to expand to over 300 outlets in the next 5 years.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People Team and gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment process.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
• Review and screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Contact candidates to arrange interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers and applicant records.
• Assist in preparing and posting job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assist with basic recruitment calls.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with preparing offer letters, onboarding documents and other recruitment-related documentation.
• Support onboarding activities, including collecting employee information and coordinating joining arrangements.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide administrative support to the People/Talent Acquisition Team.

Who We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Interested in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates over the phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, energetic and willing to learn.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle candidate information professionally.
