- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Support the HR/Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate / MBA HR / HR-related qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
