Talent Acquisition Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-IT functions
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies based on business and workforce requirements.
• Manage a team of recruiters and provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job portals, referrals, social media, databases, agencies, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen, shortlist, interview, and coordinate candidates through the selection process.
• Manage offer negotiation, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with significant experience in non-IT hirings such as Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Quality, Customer Service, Administration, Supply Chain, and other business functions.
