Talent Acquisition Lead

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead for a leading Health Insurance company to manage end-to-end recruitment and support business growth through effective talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across sales and Sales support functions.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Manage interview coordination, offer closures, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
• Track recruitment metrics, TAT, and hiring progress through regular MIS.
• Support employer branding and process improvement initiatives.
