Talent Acquisition Lead

We are looking for recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring, primarily across Technology and Sales roles. The role will focus on quality hiring, strong candidate pipelines, stakeholder coordination and timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining for assigned Tech and Sales positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define suitable candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, vendors and other channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for skills, experience and role fit.
• Manage interview coordination, candidate engagement and offer closures.
• Maintain recruitment data and pipelines through ATS/recruitment trackers.
• Track key metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, selection ratio and offer-to-join ratio.
• Identify funnel bottlenecks and improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.

Good to have:

• 2-5 years of core Recruitment experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Tech and Sales hiring.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment and closure experience.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics, funnels and ATS.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
• High ownership, execution focus and ability to manage multiple mandates.
