Job Summary

Jespera Staffing is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment activities and manage the end-to-end hiring process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Lead and guide recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and interview candidates and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure timely closures.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Track recruitment metrics, hiring targets, and team performance.
• Support employer branding and talent-pool development.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Previous experience managing recruiters or a recruitment team.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
