Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role:

De Castro Consulting is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment operations and hiring initiatives. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring the company attracts high-quality talent across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical positions.
• Handle the full hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding endorsement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and passive sourcing methods.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency.
• Support employer branding initiatives and maintain a positive candidate experience.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and online sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Preferred: Experience working in a consulting, BPO, technology, or professional services environment.
• Preferred: Exposure to agency coordination or vendor management.
