Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for infrastructure roles, including bulk hiring.
• Lead a team of recruiters to achieve talent acquisition targets and ensure timely delivery of candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them through effective recruitment practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 9-14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) or related field.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure roles and ability to source top talent from various sources.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
