该职位来源于猎聘 Basic Function of the Job Responsible for talent acquisition and talent development to support business development. Design and implement a preferred talent acquisition plan to meet manpower requisition based on business development requirement. Manage\monitor and improve recruiting process to ensure those processes are implemented fairly and effectively.

Build enterprise brand to attract external talents through a series of necessary activities to meet short-term & long-term manpower acquisition. Job Requirements

• At least 8 years’ experiences with recruiting white collars in multinational corporation
• At least 5 years’ experiences in talent allocation
• Excellent experience in negotiation with candidates / labor agencies
• Excellent experience with building enterprise brand via diversified manners at a low cost
• Good experience with designing a talent acquisition tactic to support business development at a dynamic business environment.
• Good experience with redesigning talent acquisition policy and procedure
• Be rich knowledge in psychology and labor relations, labor laws, and hiring practices
• Good language skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
• Good communication skills to influence others
• Good plan and coordinate abilities
• Good teamwork ability and interpersonal skills
