Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Department Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across both retail store networks and corporate functions. In this role, you will drive modern, data-informed hiring practices, manage ATS operations, and lead a high-performing recruitment team to support rapid business growth and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Retail & Corporate Recruitment: Lead volume recruitment for retail store teams to support store expansions, while directly managing sourcing and hiring for Manager-level and critical Head Office roles.
• Team Leadership & Performance Management: Set team KPIs, monitor output, and provide continuous coaching and career development to build a high-performing, results-driven TA team.
• Process Modernization & Employer Branding: Innovate recruitment workflows, expand candidate sourcing channels, and elevate employer branding initiatives to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• ATS & Recruitment Analytics: Oversee Applicant Tracking System (ATS) optimization, ensure data integrity, and leverage recruitment metrics (Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Quality-of-Hire) to inform strategic decision-making.
• Budget & Resource Management: Plan and manage the annual TA budget, optimizing recruitment channel mix to ensure high ROI and operational cost efficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance: Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to align workforce planning with commercial needs while ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record in Talent Acquisition Management, specifically within retail, multi-site operational environments, or fast-paced commercial sectors.
• Leadership & Influence: Strong people leadership skills with demonstrated experience coaching teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Technical & Analytical Expertise: Proficient in ATS management, data analytics, and performance-driven recruitment strategy design.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken).
