Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across APAC, with Vietnam as our primary hiring hub.

In this role, you will drive talent acquisition strategy, partner closely with business leaders, and build high-performing teams that support the growth of our products and business. You will lead the TA team while remaining hands-on with strategic and leadership hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Talent Acquisition strategy across APAC.
• Manage, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for critical and leadership roles.
• Build strong talent pipelines across Engineering, Product, Data, and business functions.
• Enhance hiring processes, assessment standards, and candidate experience.
• Leverage recruitment data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Collaborate with Employer Branding to strengthen talent attraction initiatives.
• Manage recruitment agencies, hiring metrics, and TA reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including team leadership.
• Experience recruiting for technology, digital, SaaS, fintech, or product-driven organizations.
• Strong understanding of technology talent markets and sourcing strategies.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and partner with senior leaders.
• Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and hiring best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strategic, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset.
