About the role

We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources and Recruitment team based in Pathum Wan, Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a strategic role in attracting, identifying, and recruiting top talent to support KEX Express's continued growth and expansion across Thailand. As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with our organizational objectives. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure we attract candidates who embody our company values and possess the skills necessary to excel in their roles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process across the division, from manpower planning to onboarding.
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and corporate HR direction.
• Partner with division heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop hiring plans.
• Manage recruitment channels and ensure key KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire, are achieved.
• Supervise and develop the TA team, leveraging professional expertise to coach, mentor, and share best practices.
• Provide guidance and performance feedback to enhance team capabilities and foster a high-performance culture.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions and strengthen the employer brand through recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and university partnerships.
• Represent the company at external recruitment and career events.
• Improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience using recruitment analytics and data-driven insights.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, data protection standards, and labor laws.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, assessment tools, and recruitment trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing recruitment for mass hiring or specialized roles within large organizations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Good command of Chinese or English (both written and spoken).
