What they need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 6-8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.

● Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, assessment tools, and recruitment trends.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

● Experience managing recruitment for mass hiring or specialized roles within large organizations is an advantage.

● Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

● Good command of English or Chinese (both written and spoken).
