Talent Acquisition Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Managing bulk recruitment efficiently and effectively, both from a cost and a qualitative perspective.
• Interacting and liaising with HR Business Partners & leadership team on Staffing processes.
• Assisting in managing end to end hiring processes across .
• Managing the sourcing for key positions thereby maximizing ROI from referral programs

and consultant contests, using social media for recruitment & candidate engagement.

• Ensuring a robust manpower pipeline to take care of existing and upcoming vacancies.
• Preparing and sharing regular MIS / Dashboards / Analytics.
• Managing the recruitment partners with Selection, engagement, cost and delivery management.
• Building sourcing function within TA, streamlining and standardizing the recruitment function.
• Extensive and efficient market mapping for identifying key talent/roles available across insurance and adjacencies.
• Onboarding new hires in an engaging manner.
• Collecting all required pre-joining documents.
• Ensuring proper and complete documentation post-selection of candidates.
• Assisting in conducting monthly HR Induction and orientation program
• Owning, leading, partnering with, supporting and counseling Talent Acquisition leaders and recruiting team members in the corresponding region/geography recruiting process and technology.
• Supporting, enhancing, training and upkeep of technology; driving a positive candidate experience, engaged hiring teams, productive recruiting teams and clean data.
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert and Trusted Advisor by providing guidance, mentoring, coaching and support to recruiting operations and stakeholders and as the primary liaison for India TA with Talent Delivery business leaders from WFM, Training, Operations, HR, Finance and Payroll (as applicable and appropriate).

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates should have a rich work experience of 8-12 years in the relevant TA domain.
• Strong understanding of local/regional laws and nuances related to India Recruitment.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Strong professional presence and ability to work effectively with senior business leaders to influence and make significant decisions.
• Experience with developing and executing strategies to build a diverse workforce.
• Exhibits ability to adapt communication style to the style of others, developing rapport and staying calm under pressure.
• Education: Graduation in or Master's Degree in HR/Social Work/ from B schools.
