Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition across business and corporate functions, including mid-to-senior level hiring.
• Partner with Business Heads and HODs on manpower planning, hiring priorities, JDs, budgets and position closure.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies across Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, databases and direct sourcing.
• Own critical and niche mandates and ensure strong pipeline quality and timely closures.
• Build talent pools across Sales, Leasing, Marketing, Projects, Finance, Legal and Corporate functions.
• Drive recruitment metrics including TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, source effectiveness, hiring cost and quality of hire.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor talent benchmarking to identify relevant talent pools.
• Strengthen employee referral and direct sourcing channels to reduce dependency on external consultants.
• Drive recruitment MIS, dashboards and periodic hiring reviews with senior management.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Mentor recruiters and create a culture of ownership, speed, accountability and delivery.

What We're Looking For

• 57 years of strong Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in Real Estate or other high-growth, target-driven organizations.
• Proven experience in mid-to-senior level hiring and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR talent market.
• Excellent sourcing, headhunting and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Strong commercial understanding of recruitment costs and consultant management.
• Ability to independently manage multiple mandates and work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience managing or mentoring a recruitment team will be an added advantage.Role & responsibilities
