Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities ;

• Closely works with SVP for development of the annual manpower and recruitment plan.

• Prepare job advertisements for external Media and internal job postings and assess and select the effective advertising media via online & social media.

• Planning annual recruitment projects & budget.

• Leading and manage Talent Acquisition Team to close the vacant positions on the time at least 80% per year.

• Recruit a new candidate according to recruitment plan and replacement for vacancy via all channels of recruitment in a timely manner.

• Develops a candidate database and keeps the candidate records for further use appropriately.

• Coordinates with head of function for probationary evaluation of new employee according to the company’s rules & regulations.

• Work closely with GM to do the retention programs.

• Work closely with GM to do MOU with Top universities for building the big tank of new graduates.

• Improvement recruitment process with the new technologies.

• Manage RCL Young Resource Program

• Manage RCL Internship Program.

• Prepare weekly & monthly reports on people matters i.e. recruitment/turnover/ headcount control/ exit interview etc. to GM.

Qualifications ;

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or related, preferably in Human Resource Management.

• At least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.

• At least 3 years of experience as Supervisor or Manager Level

• Have the working experience to lead the Internship Program & Management Trainee Program

• Ability to interact with internal/external stakeholders at all levels.

• Fluent in English communication both verbal and written.
