Talent Acquisition Manager

ATCOM builds digital products and solutions for some of Greece’s most demanding businesses and organizations.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to take ownership of how we attract and hire the people behind that work.

You’ll work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their needs and turn them into effective recruitment activity. This is a hands-on role for someone with recruitment experience in tech companies who can work independently, actively find and engage candidates, and coordinate our network of recruitment agencies.

Excellent working knowledge of Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter is essential.

You’ll also have the flexibility to build an internal Talent Acquisition team as hiring needs evolve.

What you’ll do

• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and agree on hiring priorities.
• Own the full recruitment cycle, from job descriptions and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, and offer acceptance.
• Actively identify, approach, and engage candidates, building pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs.
• Coordinate our network of recruitment agencies through clear briefs, priorities, and timely feedback, and assess the quality and relevance of the candidates they deliver.
• Use Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter daily to manage recruitment activity, keeping candidate records and pipelines organized and up to date.
• Keep hiring managers informed, support candidate assessment, and help move hiring decisions forward.
• Ensure a fair, consistent recruitment process and a positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication.
• Identify hiring bottlenecks and improve the recruitment process.
• Work with Marketing on employer branding initiatives and represent ATCOM at relevant career and HR events.
• Work with HR Operations to support a smooth handover from recruitment to onboarding.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in tech companies.
• Excellent hands-on proficiency in both Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter. You must be able to use both independently and confidently from day one.
• Experience in direct sourcing and engaging candidates for technology roles.
• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle and handling multiple open positions.
• The ability to understand a company’s business and translate hiring needs into focused recruitment activity.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential to coordinate recruitment agencies effectively, partner with hiring managers, and keep hiring on track.
• Ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.
• A degree in Human Resources or a related field would be an asset.
