Talent Acquisition Manager

The Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will build the Concessions recruitment strategy across our Concessions division to ensure flawless execution and bring in talented colleagues every year. They will partner closely with business leaders to understand business needs, raise the bar regarding the quality of talent hired and develop a robust acquisition strategy to support this.

What you’ll be doing

• Work closely with the People Director to deliver the divisions talent acquisition strategy.
• Own and deliver the talent acquisition road map for the concessions business.
• Lead the recruitment process for new openings, owning management recruitment and co-ordinating team recruitment with the team.
• To balance time between headhunting and management of applicants to ensure that we are hiring best in class talent.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of talent to fulfil the businesses management current and future hiring requirements.
• Take direct responsibility for the management and development of direct reports.
• Support in the delivery of team member recruitment across the Concessions businesses.
• Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs based on agreed business plans.
• Ensure high quality recruitment and onboarding processes are in place that provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Design and lead sourcing strategies to acquire talent.
• Manage external partnerships with recruitment partners and other relevant 3rd party suppliers.
• Leverage social media and progressive recruitment methods to build our employer brand.
• Deliver and report on agreed key recruitment performance measures both individually and for direct reports.
• Managing a budget and keeping on track with yearly and monthly spending

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience.
• Experience of leading teams of talent acquisition specialists.
• Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruitment initiatives.
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking and people systems.
• Knowledge and understanding of current market trends.
• Experience driving best in class practices in talent acquisition.
• Experience of working with franchise partners would be advantageous.
