About the Role

This is a highly visible talent acquisition leadership role with responsibility for shaping how the business attracts and hires talent across multiple functions. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will influence hiring strategy, strengthen talent pipelines, enhance the employer brand, and lead initiatives that support the organisation's next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce planning and business priorities.
• Lead recruitment activities across corporate, retail, hospitality, and graduate hiring functions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Drive employer branding, candidate attraction, and onboarding initiatives.
• Manage relationships with recruitment partners and key internal stakeholders.
• Analyse hiring performance and market trends to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop the talent acquisition team.
• Provide recruitment guidance and workforce planning support to business leaders.
• Manage recruitment budgets, headcount planning, and resource allocation.
• Improve recruitment processes, systems, and reporting through data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience leading recruitment teams or taking ownership of talent acquisition strategy.
• Track record of managing both experienced hire and graduate recruitment programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership on hiring and workforce planning.
• Background within fashion, retail, luxury, hospitality, or other consumer-facing industries is highly preferred.
