Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate fitment with company requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to source top talent from their networks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on interview processes.
• Ensure timely filling of open positions by coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Technical Recruitment).
• B.Tech degree /MBA/PGDM/BBA
• Strong understanding of production engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
