Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee and drive nationwide full-cycle recruitment strategies across technical, network, corporate support, and commercial functions. This role provides leadership to regional P&C partners, manages end-to-end hiring operations, and ensures a strong pipeline of top-tier talent to support continuous business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute nationwide talent acquisition strategies across technical, commercial, and corporate divisions.
• Provide directional leadership and coordination to regional/dotted-line recruitment teams.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Spearhead talent pipelining and sourcing for highly technical roles (Network Engineers, Field Operations, Infrastructure).
• Partner closely with business leaders and department heads to address workforce needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) to optimize TA performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, company governance, and data privacy policies.
• Manage external vendor relationships, recruitment agencies, and sourcing platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within the network, telecommunications, or technical industry.
• Proven experience recruiting for complex technical, engineering, and infrastructure positions.
• Prior experience sourcing for management, corporate support, and commercial roles is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to guide and influence dotted-line reports or regional TA teams.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, recruitment best practices, and industry trends.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
