Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the mass recruitment team (operations & performance).

• Advise Mass Recruitment team and hiring managers on all hiring issues.

• Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures.

• Evaluate and suggest the best recruiting solutions for the team.

• Suggest ways to improve the employer's brand.

• Research the best job advertising techniques.

• Hire, build, and retent team members.

• Other assignments from Line Manager.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years as Talent Acquisition Manager minimum for Mass Hiring

• Strong Talent Acquisition Strategies in fast paced companies

• Strong Microsoft Office

• Advanced Applicant Tracking System (Workday)

• Critical Thinking - Problem Solving – Multitasking - Leadership - Orientation to results.
