West London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office / 2 days at home)

£55,000–£60,000

A newly created leadership role at the centre of a fast-moving TA function. You’ll own recruitment delivery end-to-end, across high-volume retail hiring and senior, business-critical appointments, with a team of two reporting to you.

Can you run high-volume recruitment (think dozens of live roles at once) with the same rigour you’d bring to a senior, business-critical hire?

Are you a true in-house operator who can build TA strategy, not just execute a pipeline?

If you want to own recruitment across every function rather than one slice of it, this is the one.

What you’ll own:

• End-to-end recruitment delivery across all functions — high-volume and senior hires alike
• Managing and developing a team of 2 x TA Specialists
• Gathering requirements from hiring managers on international recruitment, coordinating with in-country HR teams on handover
• Partnering with Head Office HR on succession planning, process alignment, CV review and interview attendance where needed
• Building and driving TA strategy — not just filling roles, shaping how the function operates

What you’ll need:

• Current in-house TA background (agency-side experience in your history is fine, but you need to be in-house now)
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment (retail, hospitality or similar) alongside senior hiring
• Strong TA strategy and stakeholder-partnering skills
• Comfort managing a small team and multiple live priorities at once
