Talent Acquisition Manager

We're hiring for a rapidly growing organization specializing in autonomous drone defense and AI-powered products. This employer is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to build, scale, and mature their hiring function, ensuring the attraction of world-class talent across technology and business domains.

The Role

• Design and execute a company-wide Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and future workforce planning.

• Develop structured hiring roadmaps and execution mechanisms to support rapid organizational growth.

• Serve as a strategic talent partner to leadership, including Founders, CXOs, and Business Leaders.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized technology roles (e.g., AI/ML, Robotics, Engineering) and business functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance).

• Build and implement scalable hiring processes, frameworks, and documentation systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.

• Drive data-driven recruitment initiatives to enhance key hiring metrics and improve overall hiring effectiveness.

What You'll Need

• 7–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Proven experience scaling hiring within high-growth technology and product organizations.

• Strong understanding of technical hiring domains, including AI/ML, Robotics, Engineering, and Cybersecurity.

• Demonstrated ability to build recruitment processes, frameworks, and lead Talent Acquisition teams.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

• Experience utilizing hiring dashboards, ATS systems, and recruitment analytics for data-driven decision-making.
