Requirements

1. Proven full-cycle recruiting experience for manufacturing engineers within US-based, large-scale automation equipment operations. Must have personally recruited at least 50+ engineers annually.
2. Deep familiarity with all major US recruitment channels and a track record of leveraging creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top passive talent.
3. Highly proactive and insightful approach to industry and competitor talent mapping, with a strong instinct for staying ahead of market trends and identifying emerging talent pools.
4. Outgoing, hunter-sales mentality with a bias for action — comfortable networking at industry trade shows and pursuing non-traditional sourcing channels to build pipelines.
5. Thrives under pressure and demonstrates flexibility with working hours, including availability outside standard business hours to accommodate candidate schedules.
