Talent Acquisition Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate headquarters, including proactive sourcing, behavioral interviewing, and candidate evaluation.

• Provide dedicated recruitment support for field operations, including retail, contact centers, and fulfillment centers, with a focus on high-volume and seasonal hiring.

• Own the onboarding lifecycle for new hires, facilitating orientation sessions and partnering with leadership to ensure a seamless integration experience.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment compliance, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local labor regulations, background screening standards, and audit readiness.

• Partner with leadership to build talent pipelines, conduct interview training, and refine recruitment workflows to optimize the candidate experience.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience, with a background supporting both corporate and multi-site operational environments.

• In-depth knowledge of employment laws, including EEOC, FLSA, and background check compliance.

• Proven expertise in proactive sourcing techniques, including the use of professional networking platforms, CRM tools, and Boolean search strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional work experience.

What's On Offer

• Annual salary of $70,000 – $85,000, plus eligibility for the company bonus program.
