Talent Acquisition Manager – Thailand

A fast-growing international company is establishing its Thailand team and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to build an effective recruitment, offer, and onboarding process for key local hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for priority Thailand positions, from sourcing and screening through offer, onboarding, and probation follow-up.
• Lead hiring for key roles across partnerships, campus operations, community, events, and commercial functions.
• Partner with business leaders on job requirements, compensation, interview processes, and hiring decisions.
• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job platforms, search firms, referrals, and relevant industry networks.
• Prepare bilingual Thai-Chinese JDs, candidate reports, recruitment trackers, and talent pipelines.
• Manage offers, candidate engagement, backup pipelines, contracts, onboarding documentation, and recruitment vendors.
• Ensure candidate confidentiality, data privacy, and compliant hiring practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or executive search experience, with strong end-to-end hiring experience across commercial, operations, marketing, BD, partnership, or project roles.
• Native/business-fluent Thai and professional Mandarin are mandatory.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Proven ability to close critical hires within 30–45 days and manage competing offers and candidate drop-off.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and recruitment execution skills.
• Experience in technology, cybersecurity, internet, education, events, or high-growth businesses is preferred.
