• Designation: Manager – Talent Acquisition (Sourcing COE, Non-IT)
• Function: Non-Tech hiring (Manufacturing and Engineering)

About the Role

You will lead Taggd’s centralised Non-IT Sourcing Center of Excellence (COE), supporting frontend recruiters deployed at customer locations. The role is about building strong talent pipelines across Non-IT functions and making sure the COE and customer-facing teams work together seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a centralised sourcing COE based in Gurugram
• Lead and manage the Non-IT sourcing team
• Partner closely with frontend recruiters at client locations to support active hiring mandates
• Drive sourcing for Non-IT roles across Sales, Operations, Engineering, Automobile, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Corporate Functions
• Use job portals, internal databases, referrals and market mapping for proactive sourcing
• Ensure strong pipeline quality, speed and conversion ratios
• Coach and upskill sourcing recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques
• Track sourcing metrics and drive continuous improvement and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in Non-IT sourcing or talent acquisition, preferably from a contingent or consulting background
• Experience managing centralised sourcing teams or COEs (preferred)
• Strong understanding of Non-IT talent markets and sourcing strategies
• Hands-on experience with job portals (e.g., Naukri), ATS and internal databases
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
• Graduate in any discipline
