Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• The Talent Acquisition Partner will own high-volume hiring for SMB-focused roles across a B2B SaaS organization, with a strong emphasis on Sales, Enterprise/SMB Sales, Account Management, Business Development, and other revenue-generating positions.
• The role requires a highly execution-oriented recruiter who can build scalable talent pipelines, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and consistently deliver quality talent within aggressive hiring timelines.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for new hires.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
