e're partnering with a growing New Zealand organisation to recruit an experienced part-timeTalent Acquisition Partner. This is an exciting opportunity where you'll play a key role in attracting, hiring, and developing the talent needed to support continued business growth.

This role offers the chance to move beyond transactional recruitment and become a genuine strategic partner to leaders, helping shape workforce capability, improve hiring outcomes, and drive talent initiatives across the business.

This role is 25 hours per week with flexibility as to when these hours are worked across the week - as long as its within business hours you can choose!

About the Role
You'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment function while partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver exceptional talent outcomes.

You'll be responsible for innovative attraction strategies, building talent pipelines, enhancing candidate and hiring manager experiences, and contributing to broader people initiatives that support organisational success. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles and business functions.
• Partner with leaders to understand current and future workforce needs.
• Support employment branding and employee value proposition initiatives.
• Develop sourcing strategies that attract high-quality active and passive candidates.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage advertising, screening, interviews, referencing, and pre-employment processes.

About You 

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in either an internal talent acquisition or agency environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels.
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels and building talent pipelines.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

This is a fixed term role starting ASAP in Auckland CBD, with hybrid working available.
