About the role

We're looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional who can take full ownership of our hiring engine. In this role, you'll partner closely with leaders across the business to understand their needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver high‑quality hires in a fast‑moving environment. You'll be the go‑to expert for recruitment strategy, process improvement, and candidate experience — while also supporting key HR operations and onboarding. This is a role for someone who thrives on problem‑solving, adapts quickly when priorities shift, and consistently hits their targets with confidence and clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full end‑to‑end recruitment cycle across multiple departments.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to refine role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
• Develop, track, and report on recruitment KPIs, pipeline health, and hiring performance to ensure targets are consistently met.
• Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and implement fast, effective solutions to keep hiring on track.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring trends.
• Prepare and manage recruitment documentation, contracts, and coordination with third‑party partners.
• Support and execute employee engagement initiatives aligned with company culture and values.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve onboarding and employee experience.
• Anticipate hiring needs and propose proactive, data‑driven solutions to support business growth.

About you

• Experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong track record of delivering quality hires in fast‑paced environments.
• Think strategically, act decisively, and comfortable course‑correcting when priorities shift.
• Comfortable owning targets, managing multiple pipelines at once, and partnering closely with leaders to solve hiring challenges.
• Strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and natural ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards across both recruitment and HR operations.
