Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to independently drive end-to-end hiring across Hong Kong and Taiwan . Reporting directly to our Beijing HQ, you will act as a one-person recruiting engine managing full-cycle hiring across back office, retail/store frontline teams, and annual campus drives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for HK and TW regional offices across retail management, marketing, b2b sales, and product marketing team.
• Manage fast-turnaround hiring for retail stores across HK and TW to support new openings, turnover, and seasonal peaks.
• Plan and execute campus recruitment, university career fairs, and intern/trainee intakes across key HK and TW institutions.
• Partner closely with Beijing HQ leadership to translate global hiring standards into effective, localized talent acquisition strategies.
• Leverage JobsDB/Moovup(HK), 104(TW), LinkedIn and local social platforms to attract candidates.
• Handle the entire recruiting lifecycle independently—intake briefings, ATS tracking, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and hiring reports for HQ.

What We Are Looking For

• 4–6 years of hands-on recruiting experience; experience in both agency or in-house would be considered
• Proven track record within the commerce or retail sector.
• Business fluency in Mandarin (for daily reporting and cross-functional collaboration with Beijing HQ), English , and Cantonese .
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing cross-border recruiting and admin without on-the-ground coordinator support.
