Forward Role are partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing technology business that is investing heavily in talent as they continue their exciting growth journey. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and securing top talent within the technology space.

This is a remote opportunity with travel required to the central London office when necessary that offers autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to work closely with leaders across the business to build high-performing teams.

The Role

As a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own the recruitment lifecycle from end to end, partnering with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional hiring experience.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of business and technical roles
• Partnering with stakeholders to understand workforce plans and hiring needs
• Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Building and nurturing talent pipelines for future growth
• Driving an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Using recruitment data and market insights to influence hiring decisions
• Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
• Continuously improving recruitment processes and best practices

Our client is looking for an experienced recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, so you’ll need to demonstrate,

• Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Internal Recruiter or Recruitment Business Partner
• Experience recruiting within the technology sector
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Proven sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, job boards and direct talent attraction channels
• A data-driven and commercially minded approach to recruitment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
